Erika Heeren, President & Creative Director

Erika Heeren is an award-winning marketing and public relations veteran with a professional focus on digital media spanning 16 different industries.  

As President and Creative Director of Heeren Content & Strategy, she works with small businesses and non-profit organizations to provide affordable, professional-quality content development and outreach services. Her clients include local small business owners, marketing agencies, public universities, media outlets, Huffington Post-published authors, IT firms, and non-profit organizations.  

As a consultant, Heeren also provides corporate training and project management services for large businesses looking to improve upon their internal and external communications strategy.  

As a volunteer, Erika has served in a leadership capacity for multiple nonprofit organizations. Most recently, Erika successfully created and implemented the first digital marketing curriculum for Treasure Valley SCORE. The information has been used by SCORE and the local Small Business Administration as well.  

Erika Heeren is an experienced and engaging speaker in the areas of women’s issues, small business development, digital marketing, and the issues facing veterans and the military family community.  

Erika is also an outspoken advocate for veteran and military spouse employment, education, and entrepreneurship. She works to connect qualified military affiliated professionals with small businesses in need of support.  

Heeren is a 2019 Idaho Business Review Women of the Year honoree, a 2019 Women in Content Marketing Awards – Mentorship winner, a 2016 Idaho Press Awards recipient, and has been featured on Inc.com as one of the top 10 women in content marketing.

Marlene Robinson, Business Development

With 20 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, Marlene has learned what large corporations do to target their consumer and how to package a product that will sell. 

Using targeted marketing, on-line profiling and email campaign management, she can help customers leverage their strengths and find their ideal customer. 

Analysis is key to knowing which campaigns work and which ones don't. Using analytical expertise, she help customers streamline their campaigns and only spend where and when it makes sense.  

Amanda Manupella, Creative Assistant

Amanda Manupella is an award-winning photographer, specializing in weddings. Amanda has also won 2016 and 2019 Pick for ‘Best of Weddings’ by Nationally known Wedding brand The Knot. This award is based on client review and excellence.  

Previously, Amanda was a Client Service Specialist for a Fortune 500 Financial Services Company. She helped to start a branch and build it into one of the top 10% in the country. Amanda was also a multiple winner of the Edward Jones Managing Partner’s Award, which was given to the top 300 Branch Assistants out of 15,000 offices in the United States, Canada, and the U.K.  

Amanda is the proud military wife to her husband of 9 years, Dominic, who is a Chief Warrant Officer in the Navy.
